A Note From The Chef:
The parfait bowl consist of candied pecans that are doused in a sweet/salty mixture and then roasted off. It also has fresh banana slices, whole grain oats, craisins, and zero added sugar vanilla greek yogurt
I love this, it tastes like a dessert but is healthy and very filling. My favorite part of the Parfait are the candied pecans.
Due to food allergies, I have to hold off on this one.
