A Note From The Chef:
The Classic is a marinated pan seared chicken breast served with white jasmine rice and roasted green beans.
This is a nice light meal, with the classic I never have to worry about bloating. The chicken is cooked just right, and isn't dried out.
A meal that is low fat is best utilized pre and post workout. In regards to preworkout, this is so because prior to training you want a meal you can quickly digest, so as not to hinder your workout. In regards to post workout, studies have shown you do not want a meal high in fat because again, it can slow digestion, therefore delaying absorption. After your workout is the time you want easily and rapidly digested nutrients to fuel recovery and growth. In our menu, there are 3 meals blue printed to this spec, and they are all flavored drastically differntly. Who says eating clean has to be the same stuff over and over?
